Due to the power of our industrial steam cleaning machines, on average it only takes around 3-4 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Our drying time is not guaranteed as it can be affected by humidity, temperature and airflow to the carpets.

We will move and clean under your furniture at no extra cost; we clean underneath then put them back to their rightful place on protective padding (if needed). We ask our customers to remove items off and out of their furniture like plants, lamps, knick-knacks, books and clothes prior to our arrival. If an item of furniture is too heavy for a technician to move, we will clean around or underneath with a smaller tool where possible.

On average, it will take our technician's around 15-30 minutes per room. This time can vary depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, the size of the room and also the level of soilage.

We cannot guarantee that our technicians will be able to remove all carpet spots or stains. Some stains can permanently discolour the carpet fibres causing irreversible damage. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet also plays a big factor in likelihood of full removal.

To achieve optimum results, a light vacuuming of the high traffic areas is recommended but not required.

We use an odour removal treatment that is specifically designed to purge negative smells out of carpet. The treatment forms microscopic balls around the odour molecules, trapping the negative smell and purging it into the room's atmosphere. After the treatment, we recommend to air the treated area to expedite the results. We cannot 100% guarantee full odour removal.
